Our app and desktop portfolio now seamlessly sync for members – whilst on the go, create records on the app and when you have more time, finish your records on the portfolio. You can also copy entries directly from the portfolio to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), making revalidation even easier. Please note that entries can only be copied to the GPhC from the portfolio, not the app.
Planned learning, unplanned learning, peer discussion and reflective account records will sync and be available on both the app and portfolio. MCQ modules and bookmarks (and notes) will only be available in the app.
Never used the portfolio before? After logging into www.rpharms.com, you will find that all your records have automatically been synced to the portfolio.
Never used the app before? Depending on your device, simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play, log in and create your first record. Once your first form is saved, your records from the portfolio will then automatically sync over to the app, and vice versa.
Already using both the app and portfolio? Please log into the app or portfolio and review your entries. If you have manually copied records from the app to the portfolio or from the portfolio to the app, you may find that your records have been duplicated.
You will need to access the app while online to sync your records to the portfolio, and vice versa. You will not be able to log in, export your records or receive new content when you are offline. However, you can still complete forms, MCQs and search content when you are offline if you have recently accessed content through the app. Your records will sync as soon as you are back online. Please allow a few minutes for records to sync, especially if you have logged into a new device.
