For Apple users, the RPS MyCPD app is optimised to run on iOS 9.0 and above.
For Android users, the app is optimised to run on Android 6 and above.
If you are experiencing issues, please check that you have the latest version installed. If you do not have the latest version installed, before updating the app, send your records to your email account by going to ‘My profile’ and then tapping the ‘Export summary’ box. After receiving your records, update the app to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play. The app will automatically notify iOS users as updates become available through the App Store. Depending on device settings, Android users may not receive automatic notifications and are advised to check for updates regularly.
