If your problem is with registering to use ONtrack, please read the article "ONtrack (pre-reg module) registration and subscription".
If your login to FASTtrack or ONtrack does not work or you have found a technical fault on the site after logging in, please use the "Submit a request" tab at this help site. You will need a Pharmaceutical Press support login to do this (i.e. separate from your FASTtrack or ONtrack login), but creating a login is straightforward - the only data required being name and email address, followed by the setting up of a password; please see "How to sign up" (https://pharmpress.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/201124776-How-to-sign-up). You can even send your request first and then sign up.
When completing the fields under "Submit a request", enter the date when you observed the problem as the "Product version" and, if possible, make a screenshot of the web page that shows the problem and attach it as a file to your submission. Should you observe a problem when answering a question, please quote its unique reference number, which can be found on the right-hand side of the web page, in the subject line of your request.
