When you are logged in as a non-RPS member, you can change the name, email address and password associated with your account under the ‘My details’ web page:
If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password, go to https://www.ontrackpharmacy.com/secure/login.asp, and click the ‘Forgot password?’ button:
In the unlikely event that you cannot recall the email address you registered with, you will need to seek technical assistance. In this case, please submit a request in the manner described in the accompanying article Reporting problems with the Pharmacy Knowledge ONtrack site.
