This article is about this support site itself. If you have a problem with one of PhP's online products or publications, please check the articles related to that product and then submit a support request to us if you need to. The articles' "Comments" sections should not be used to request assistance.
The Pharmaceutical Press support website itself and many of the articles on it — notably, those of potential interest to someone considering a subscription to one of our products — are open to anyone with an internet connection. However, to add comments on articles or view the progress of reported issues, you have to sign in to the site.
Additionally, some of the sections concerned with commercially marketed products (an example being the "Administrative guides" section for the FormularyComplete product) are visible only to verified users — that is, users who have signed in and whose login is recognized as being that of a paid-up subscriber to the product (see below). This extra protection has been put in place so that only authorized users of the product can leave comments.
Before you can sign in for the first time, you will need to register. Click the "Sign in" button in the top right-hand corner of the home page, then the "Sign up" link at the foot of the form.
You must supply your email address and identify an image that will be displayed at the foot of the form.
Zendesk will respond with an emailed acknowledgement that requires the creation of a password to complete the set-up of your user account. Please look out for this, in case your email application tries to assign it to junk.
Verification of users
If the area of the site devoted to the product that you use has restricted sections, it's a good idea to register at this site before you might wish to consult those sections. This is because the verification step is done manually after you sign up. If you believe that full access has not been freed up for you when it should have been, simply submit a request via the web form or send an email to pharmpress-support@rpharms.com pointing out that you are a paid-up user of the product. Please note that this extra control on access to certain sections does not affect your ability to submit requests..
Signing up after submitting a request
If you have already logged an issue with Pharmaceutical Press support, your name and email address will already have been recorded as a site user. You cannot register your email address more than once, so you will no longer be able to create a new site user account with that address. You can, however, obtain a password to complete your login credentials by clicking either of the links depicted in the screenshot below.
