Any user of FormularyComplete is entitled to register with our support service (this being required when you first submit an issue), but it is normal for support requests to be submitted to us through a local system administrator. Note that the resolution of technical faults may involve liaison with IT staff in your organization who manage the server.
Our intention is to provide a first response to support requests within 24 hours on working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, with the exception of United Kingdom bank holidays), but this target may not be attainable during the last ten days of the year.
We welcome comments on the product and suggestions for improvement via the same web form even when you have no need of our technical support. (UserVoice remains in use too, but is likely to be replaced eventually by a forum at this site.)
